New Interview Raises Questions in Reopened Christmas Case

Sandie’s supplemental interview produced the first newly recovered communication since CASE 12-25 returned to active status.

The Snow Globe was granted access to document the interview following the reopening of CASE 12-25. During that conversation, a communication addressed to “THE TRAITOR” entered the evidence record.

The recovery changed the posture of the investigation. The old ending is no longer being treated as the last word.

Historical record · These are the 2025 rules and identities. The current investigation has its own hidden Grinch and access rules.

Christmas 2025 was not a simple “find the Grinch” game. Everyone had one chance to name the Grinch. A wrong answer eliminated that player from guessing again. By the end of the night, every guess had failed.

THE GUESSES RAN OUT

Participants used their opportunities to accuse the Grinch. Wrong guesses removed them from further guessing. No one landed on the correct answer during play.

THE TRAITOR CONDITION TRIGGERED

With no correct Grinch identification, Sandie’s alternate Traitor win condition activated and she was declared the winner.

THE HOSTS NAMED SAVANNAH

Only after the game had ended, the hosts identified Savannah as the Grinch. That was the official post-game disclosure.

DETECTIVE'S NOTEThe Savannah disclosure is part of the record. So are the details that came before it.Aiden recovered the Gold Ball’s extra guess and the Red Ball’s warning that someone was playing a different game. Sandie recovered the Green Ball containing the secret Traitor Contract offer. None of that proves the hosts were wrong — but it gives CASE 12-25 reason to revisit what everyone thought they understood.

THE QUESTION NOW: Was Christmas 2025 completely solved when Savannah was named — or did everyone stop investigating because the game was already over?
